PHP Warning / PHP Recoverable fatal error

    Hi, my forms are suddenly throwing this error “Something went wrong, please try again.”

    Looking in debug.log shows this. Could I have your help please? Thank you.

    It’s okay, I found out that it was my API end-point throwing a 500 error. Thanks!
