 * We have recently had a security issue on our WordPress installation. Everything
   is patched up and cleaned I think. And it’s working.
 * My question is, in my Apache error_log I get MANY request as this:

 * It might be your website has been hacked. Uploading the WP Core files will resolved
   it. But better if you scan your website using [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/)
   plugin.
