    But While Activate, Its trying to Add/Edit in 
   Hosting Root Folder which is not Good in Practice. If that Solved, I am Ready
   to buy POS Pro..?

 * This looks like a file permissions problem. You will probably need to FTP to 
   the server and remove the plugin manually.
