 * I have installed WP version 3.0.1 with php version (1) and want to install new
   version(2) as following:
    1.[B]Current Version[/B] PHP: Version 4.3.3 Perl: Version
   5.8.0 API Php MySQL: Version 4.0.15a
 * 2[B]New Version[/B]
    PHP: Version 5.2.5 Perl: Version 5.8.8 API Php MySQL: Version
   5.0.45
 * will it effect my website and web content?

 * While it depends on how you will upgrade MySQL, this shouldn’t affect your content
   if done properly.

 * Thanks a lot for reply, but
    If I take back up of both wp-content and important
   folders along database and after installation of new php and mysql (version 5).
   I restor all the content along with the database. Will my site function properly?
