  • PHP is installed on your host, and you must go there to update it.

    Get a faster, more secure website: update PHP today

    But where I can upgrade PHP.
    Please let me know.

    Please contact your host if you don’t have any idea about this. This has nothing to do with WordPress.

    and I have a question about in WordPress Ive set tax rate 5% but finally when someone checkout, it shows 12% tax rate.

    You set this in the Woocommerce plugin, not WordPress itself. I don’t know how this relates to the PHP upgrade, but if the plugin’s developers are asking you to upgrade (perhaps as a condition before they’ll provide any support), I’d follow their advice and upgrade.

    what if we want to upgrade to version 7? I can’t seem to find that thread. One of the themes I like says it’s not compatible with my version, 4.6.1. How much does it cost, and where can I get it. (no idea what a php is). I’ll try my host…

    @larahg:

    If you’re going to piggy-back on someone’s question, at least have the courtesy to read the entire thread and ACT on the suggested advice.

    Better yet, open your own thread and ask your own question with details pertaining to your own peculiar situation.

    Dear George, Thank you for your reply and guidance. I had no idea that it was so offensive to respond on a thread – I thought that that was what was required in fact. I am new to forums/threads.
    I shall in future create my own, as you have suggested.Thank you again, and I apologise for the nuisance.
