Hey @nic12937,
Thanks for reaching out. Please send back a picture from the troubleshooting screen. You can get to the troubleshooting screen by navigating to the Force Refresh screen under Tools, and then clicking the header (“Force Refresh”) on that page three times quickly.
I click it 3 time quickly, nothing changes.

Hey @nic12937,
Are you clicking this header?
@nic12937,
Please click the header (linked in my previous reply) three times to get to the troubleshooting screen.
Hmm, the header or on the button in the header that says force refresh site? I tried both, no dice. Sorry I feel like an idiot but cannot figure this out
@nic12937,
If you’re on version 2.4.0, clicking the header three times quickly will reveal the troubleshooting page. See this .gif as an example.
Ok got it. I guess what I was clicking on would be considered top bar, not header.
Here’s a few snip its

Hey @nic12937,
Gotcha. Yeah it looks like you’re running on PHP 7.3 but the minimum PHP requirement for current versions of Force Refresh is 7.4.
Updated PHP and we’re good now. Sorry for any misunderstanding, your app is very helpful. thank you.
No problem. Let me know if you hit any other issues. I’ll close this out for now.
