 * This is the info from php admin
    Web server cpsrvd 11.88.0.12 Database client
   version: libmysql – 5.6.43 PHP extension: mysqliDocumentation curlDocumentation
   mbstringDocumentation PHP version: 7.3.6
 * and this is what Site Health info on WordPress says:
 * Server architecture Linux 3.10.0-1062.1.1.el7.x86_64 x86_64
    Web server Apache
   PHP version 5.6.40 (Supports 64bit values)
 * WordPress keeps asking me to upgrade PHP. Not sure how to get WordPress to recognize
   PHP version.

   or in some other way.
