 * You can check your PHP version from the TOOLS->SITE HEALTH. I am attaching 1 
   image of my site TOOLS dashboard.

 * Now your file needs PHP version >= 7.2.5 so you need to update your php version
   from your hosting platform. Which hosting platform you have hosted your site?
