    I am using Loco Translate to translate my WordPress website, and I’m using WooCommerce Email Customizer which I also translate. The whole translation works great beside a few strings on the header of the email, which can not be found by the Loco Translate plugin. I searched the strings in my file explorer and they are located in a PHP file which has a size of approx. 48 MB, the limit of the Loco plugin was 100 but I increased it to 150 MB to see if the problem could be resolved, but it is not. I tried multiple Sync but the strings still can not be found. I would love to resolve this issue since we have daily customers that are receiving the emails. Thank you!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    If you’d like me to investigate why Loco Translate can’t extract specific strings from some source code, please post the source code.

    Have you asked WooCommerce how to translate these email headers? If they haven’t added them to their woocommerce.pot file there could be a good reason.

    The strings are under wp-content/plugins/kadence-woocommerce-email-designer/includes/class-kadence-woomail-import-export.php file.

    ” ‘kt_full’ => ‘a:2:{s:8:”template”;s:24:”kadence-woomail-designer”;s:7:”options”;a:158:{s:30:”kt_woomail[new_order_subtitle]”;s:24:”Hello from {site_title}!”;s:26:”kt_woomail[new_order_body]”;

    ” The part “Hello from {site_title}! ” can not be found and:

    “Thanks for your order!” string found multiple times in the PHP file.

    I am not sure what do you mean by sharing the source code, do you need the full script of the plugin, the website source code or what exactly?

    This text doesn’t look translatable to me. At least not via PO/MO files. Loco Translate is not designed to extract these strings. It is a PO file editor, and these strings are not prepared for extraction into PO files.

    I don’t know anything about the kadence-woocommerce-email-designer, but possibly you customise this text in WordPress admin. You will have to contact them about how to maintain translations of these texts within the same site. Possibly you can use some other plugin, but not this one.
