   solutions?
 * PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\WP-
   site\wp-content\plugins\wp-postratings-cheater\wp-postratings-cheater-settings.

 * Fixed with v1.4
    Seems to was a problem with some php versions
