PHP page for custom post categories

    The theme I am modifying has a custom post type, along with custom categories, and I’d like to display all the elements inside the custom post type. What is the PHP page wordpress loads in these different situations?

    FOr example, if my custom post type is “products”, I should be able to create a PHP page called “products-category.php” or “category-products.php” so I can show the different posts in the type.

    Ideas?
