[Resolved] PHP Notice with CF7 3.7

  • Hi,
I have seen in my logfile that the honeypot plugin causes a php notice after the update to CF7 3.7:

PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in XXXX/plugins/contact-form-7-honeypot/honeypot.php on line 76

I’m not sure if the honeypot works properly at all with this notice or not. Please, can you take a look?

    Thanks
    Ivonne

    Hi Ivonne,

It may have been due to some recent changes in CF7. I’ve just updated the plugin with some extensive code re-writes. Please upgrade to the latest version (v1.6) and let me know if that resolves the problem you’re seeing.

    Hi Ryan,
thank you very much for your help!

It looks good with the new version. Up to now there are no more log entries.

    Great work! 🙂

    Thanks
    Ivonne
