PHP notice when updating settings page

    On version 2.2.0 of the plugin when saving the settings I’m getting the following PHP notice:

    Notice: Undefined index: client_type in /wp-content/plugins/limit-login-attempts-reloaded/views/options-page.php on line 40

    Glad to see someone forked the original and is keeping this great plugin maintained. Keep up the good work.
