 * Getting the following error in my logs:
 * `PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in ~/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/
   lib/WordPressHTTPS.php on line 408`
 * Is there a fix?

 * Same issue here. The debug.log is constantly filling up with this error. Using
   WordPress 4.3.
