Hi – While troubleshooting problems with other plugins, I noticed a recurring error in the logs for AutoOptimize:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: error in ***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/autoptimize/classes/autoptimizeCriticalCSSCron.php on line 144

AutoOptimize does seem to be working properly. Don’t know if I should have any concern about this PHP Notice?

No, that will not break AO in any way leopard-lady, but I’ll have a look and make sure this gets fixed in the next version 🙂

OK, should be fixed with https://github.com/futtta/autoptimize/commit/a19a1765878d61b0ce6ce53ed669eefc9e7adf6e Leopard-Lady, feel free to download the beta and install it instead of 2.7.3 to test/ confirm 🙂

What is the best way to install this beta version? Unzip and overwrite existing files?

disable 2.7.3, upload the zipfile as a new plugin and enable that. that way you can switch between the two if needed 🙂

FYI: I’ve had this beta running for 2 days now.
The index error is gone and no new errors 🙂
