    I just updated the Bold Builder plugin to version 1.3.9, and a PHP Notice
   appeared on my site (I have activated WP_DEBUG).
 * PHP Notice: Undefined index: d0 in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/bold-page-
   builder/bold-builder.php on line 92
 * What to do about it?
