PHP Modules for WordPress Core

Hi,

My host – UK2 – has changed their server build and some WordPress features have stopped working. One specific feature is the automatic production of thumbnails for uploaded PDFs which was introduced in WordPress 4.7

I believe it is because ImageMagick, Imagick, and GhostScript is no longer being installed on their server builds since an upgrade to PHP7.

Is there a list of software modules needed to ensure that all core features of wordpress will work? It would then be possible to check with a host that their build will support all wordpress features before signing up.

UK2 advertise their builds as suitable for wordpress hosting, but there doesn’t appear to be a specification check list to ensure that a host can properly configure their servers to support all core features of wordpress as advertised.

I hope someone can help or point me in the right direction.
