# PHP mail issues

 * Hi All,
 * I run a hospitality ordering site which we had a developer build he’s integrated
   the php mail command to fire off several emails as confirmation of the order.
 * We use the plugin “allow php in posts”.
 * Recently we’ve had issues with clients not receiving emails but it’s totally 
   random sometimes they receive them sometimes they don’t.
 * We’ve checked with the host and it’s not a server issue. The developer swears
   the code is sound.
 * Is there a way of logging what emails have been sent through using the mail command?
 * I know nothing about how emails send so can’t pinpoint the problem.
 * Any information would be grateful or even a shove in the right direction.

 * Just to confirm, we’ve already ruled out that it’s going into spam as it does
   let them through to email address’s sometimes.
