 * A client is wanting me to move a wordpress site to their internal host. I provided
   them the requirements outlined, but they came back to ask me what version of 
   PHP 5.3 they should download for their windows server.
 * Should they install Thread Safe or the Non Thread Safe version of PHP?

 * Thread Safe would be recommended. I am not sure yet though. You may want to wait
   for more feedback
