There are multiple plugin distributions: Free, Professional, Developer and Platinum.
Please, indicate the version number of your plugin copy.

I’ve re-installed the plugin with no problems, please, watch the video by visiting the following link:

As I said previously, the issue reported is weird because the modifications in the free plugin version were implemented in the javascript modules and not in the server-side code. I suspect your copy of the plugin was not installed properly, in which case, I recommend you to re-install it.
