I can create my own php files, and they work fine. I can also create HTML files and they work fine. However, the files created by wordpress do not work at all. I have checked my permissions a million times and they are fine. I’ve heard of certain web browsers having problems with WP files. Try something like Firefox or (gulp) IE and see if it still exists.
