 * Hello there I have set up autoptimize but I have an php file that’s taking a 
   very very long time to load ( more than 1 second) in the GT metrix waterfall.
   I have no idea how to solve that.

 * try ticking the “serve as static files” option maybe, that should allow cloudflare
   to cache the resulting file and avoid the .php execution overhead.
