    Hi MC,

We’re seeing intermittent Fatal Errors on the WooCommerce Registration Page (/my-account/). We’re not sure what triggers it, but on some registrations, we’re getting the following:

[19-Oct-2022 14:01:15 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class MailChimp_WooCommerce_User_Submit, because the name is already in use in /home/nginx/domains/.com/public/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/processes/class-mailchimp-woocommerce-user-submit.php on line 0

Is this something you’re aware of & can help to fix?

    with kind regards,
    Edith Allison

@terragirl this feels as if you might have 2 versions of the Mailchimp plugin running at the same time? I’m not sure how that would be the case, but if you uploaded them manually?

    Hi @ryanhungate,

    Thank you for the reply!

Sorry, I think I see the error. We’ve got a customisation which may be the cause. Apologies for wasting your time 🙁

    Many thanks,
    Edith
