    I am getting the following error:

    [Wed Feb 13 22:31:37 2013] [warn] [client 198.103.104.11] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /var/www/vhosts/[domain.com]/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/[themename]/index.php on line 1

    Any ideas what this is?
