PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted

    Hi,
    I can’t download the files from my site.
    The error I see in the log file is the following:

    [08-Jan-2020 17:03:08 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9000000040 bytes) in / home / intesagdi / public_html / intranet / wp-content / plugins / download- manager / libs / class.DownloadStats.php on line 35

    I tried setting “-1” to the “memory_limit” field but it continues to generate the error.
    How can I solve it?
