As far as I can tell its been fixed
Thanks @rayge. A new update is available in WP. I just updated it.
The UI is still messed up. I cleared cache, I went to settings and saved them. Tried various options in settings, no joy.
I’ll spend some more time, else move to another plugin. If configs need to be reworked after an update its not a happy situation 🙁
Uninstall and reinstall.. once we updated to 2.40.3 it was fine again.
Updated to 2.40.5 and its still happy.

Hmm.. cache? did you uninstall and reinstall?
Try meks quick plugin installer to see if its another plugin causing a conflict?
Just some thoughts.. Hopefully the plugin developer @mplusb will get back to you!
Cache == cleared
Uninstall and reinstall == Delete the existing plugin folder & install the plugin.
