I’ve run a quick test but can’t find any problems so far with this, so I’ll need more information:

    – PHP version
    – MaxButtons version
    – WordPress version.

Most of this you can find under the support page in the plugin.

I suppose you got this error from the logs and it’s not happening in the WordPress admin itself?

    Thanks for your response.

php is 5.5.22, wp is 4.6.1, maxbuttons 6.5 the error is listed as an error on ipage

With that configuration you shouldn’t run into any problems. Is this a new issue with our plugin?

I’m not familiar with Ipage. That’s a sort of hosting company if Google is right. Maybe you can ask them if they use any peculiar ways of using the cron functionality in their WP installations.

You can also try just reinstalling the plugin and see if that helps anything.

I’ve been doing some checking. In case your hosting (or some other plugin) invoke strange calls to the plugin, the upcoming version might have a way of preventing that fatal error. It’ll be released today, so please try if you still have issues.

After the update to V6.5 all button layout is gone. Only links are visible.

Are you using the buttons within TablePress? You need to turn off the table caching in that case. Also the W3 total cache plugin can give problems. Ensure you flush the cache of try to disable this one.
