 * That error would seem to be from a plugin that’s trying to load WordPress but
   failing.
 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

 * Might I suggest that the plugin you’re using to show PHP errors has the problem?
   If there were a fatal error, your site would not load.
