# PHP EXECUTION TIMEOUT ERROR

    We’re getting PHP EXECUTION TIMEOUT ERROR when trying to take a backup.
   Any help is greatly appreciated. Let me know where to send the log. Thanks, Mike

 * In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using
   FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located
   in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

 * Updated the plugin and am running a backup now. By the way, in the status column
   it shows ‘FAILD’ for previous backups. Shouldn’t that be ‘FAILED’?
