 * Hello, I seem to be having an issue with my backups timing out. I have the ability
   to set my PHP execution time with my hosting provider what is the recommended
   setting for the backup plugin.

 * To be fair; the support button inside the plug-in comes here. (Hence why I’m 
   here, for the same issue)

 * I submitted a support ticket though the website.
 * it is confusing the fact that their are two areas to get support but only one
   that is the real option to get assistance.
