Support » Plugin: FV Flowplayer Video Player » php errors on non-wordpress doc

I have a directory in which I store files that I reference in my blog. They are generally.doc or .pdf files and not part of WP media files. When a file from that directory is accessed, it should display just as the document without any site formatting at all.

However, now when I attempt to access a file I get a number of php errors pointing at FV Flowplayer, and the file will not display. I am confused and would appreciate any information to help me resolvee this issue.
    URL of file: https://uncommonthought.com/mtblog/linked_files/FusionGPS_SimpsonTranscriptRedacted.pdf

    php error messages:

    Hi rowanwolf,

We haven’t had a report like this before. This looks like you need a developer to help you troubleshoot your site hands-on. I.e. it’s site specific.

If you solved the issue, please share your solution with the world.

    Thanks, Alec
