Could you please begin by uninstalling and reinstalling Jetpack? This will ensure that you are running the latest version of Jetpack (now v13.0). * If you still continue to see errors, please try with all plugins other than Jetpack disabled. If you no longer get errors, you will know that the issue is with one of your other plugins. In that case, please activate your plugins one at a time until you discover the one that is causing the issue.
