 * First of all great plugin. It works really well.
 * I’ve been getting the following PHP error from your plugin though:
 * Undefined array key 1 in /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-contact-form-
   7/addons/multistep/multistep.php on line 599PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined
   array key 1 in /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-contact-form-7/addons/
   multistep/multistep.php on line 600
