# PHP Error WP_REST_Posts_Controller

 * Dear Support Community,
 * Unfortunately, my website crashed and I no longer can access my WordPress installation.
   I am having trouble understanding the error and would be thankful for some insight
   on how to fix this.
 * I assume that there might have been a problem with the available storage. I have
   upgraded my hosting so that there is enough space available now and also changed
   the names of the plugins in the plugin folder. Unfortunately, this did not help.
 * Here’s the error message:
 * 2021 08:17:01 mwk-architekten.de [client 13.66.11.0] AH01215: PHP Fatal error:
   Uncaught Error: Class ‘WP_REST_Posts_Controller’ not found in /mnt/web324/a1/
   26/5241226/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-includes/rest-api/endpoints/class-wp-rest-attachments-
   controller.php:17: /home/strato/http/power/rid/12/26/5241226/htdocs/WordPress_01/
   index.php

 * The error indicates a file that is part of WordPress is missing.
    You can do 
   a manual extraction on the server of the WordPress zip file to make sure all 
   files are present. [https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update](https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update)
   Be careful not to remove your wp-content folder (which holds your images, themes,
   plugins).
