yes on desktop and Andoid phones it works fine.
And you can download the file on your iPhone if it is *not* watermarked?

nope I can’t download the file on iPhone.
And if I watch in the dev console, I get the following error:
“Failed to load resource: The operation couldn’t be completed. Protocol error”
Hm. If you cannot download the file whether it is watermarked or not, what makes you think the problem is with WaterWoo?

on Andorid I can download it and the watermark is insert the PDF.
If I deactivate the plugin and order the ebook the download works well unter iOS
So I think the problem comes from WaterWoo
I cannot reproduce your problem on my iPhone running 12.1. Nor have I had this issue brought up by anyone else yet. For me, it watermarks and downloads. You’ll need to give me a more complete rundown of your setup, including at least which PDF version your PDF is, what version WaterWoo you are using, how large your PDF file is, what type Woo file download you are using, and what browser you are using. Thank you.
