# PHP error message when publishing a post

 * I got the following error when I hit publish after making a post:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xml_parser_create() in /htdocs/www/wp-
   includes/class-IXR.php on line 144
 * Now the funny thing is that when I go to my site the posts appear!?!?
 * I’m using WordPress V2 and the KIWI 1.1 theme. Running Firefox on a Mac G4 powerbook.
