 * Hey there, [@pipetko](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pipetko/)! Thanks for
   contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
 * To confirm, are you getting this error after updating WooCommerce, correct? And
   you were trying to update it to 9.1.2?
 * Do you have any custom code on your website? Depending on the code, it could
   be affecting this.
 * Have you tried updating Woo while having other plugins disabled and the theme
   being a default one such as Storefront to check if there’s a conflict?
 * You can find more about this in this **[guide](https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4)**.
 * Looking forward to your reply.
 * Have a wonderful day!

 * Yes, after updating to the last version. We do have custom code but is related
   only to the wp theme, nothing to do with wordpress admin or woo. Currently I
   can not try play with that because the website s active and the bosses are angry
   if it is offline more than an hour, Website is bussy and I will have to work
   at night to do so

 * Hi there [@pipetko](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pipetko/),
 * Thanks again for reaching out with more details.
 * I understand your concern about troubleshooting your site while in live mode.
   I’d recommend making a staging site and troubleshooting from a staging site.
 * A staging site is basically a clone of your live site, but this one is only accessible
   to you and any changes won’t affect the live store. [Here are steps on how to create a staging site](https://jetpack.com/blog/create-a-staging-website-on-wordpress/)
   to avoid messing with your live store.
 * I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

 * Hi again [@pipetko](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pipetko/),
 * I understand that you’re dealing with a large website and database, and that
   you’ve encountered issues with high server activity.
 * When migrating a large website, it’s best to ensure that your server has sufficient
   resources to handle the process. If possible, consider upgrading your server
   or using a dedicated migration tool that is designed to handle large amounts
   of data, which can help you move your site without overloading your server.
 * Also, it’s a good practice to perform the migration during off-peak hours to
   minimize the impact on your site’s performance and user experience.
 * After successfully migrating your site, you might want to look into optimizing
   your website and database to reduce their sizes. This could involve cleaning
   up old or unnecessary data, compressing images, and using caching to improve
   site performance.
 * I hope this helps.
