PHP error

    I am receiving this error message, “* A PHP fatal error (Error) has occurred: Call to a member function supports_feature() on null.” I updated the PHP from the hosting site, SiteGround, but continue to get this error.

    Hi,

    May I know when does the error message appear? Is it when taking a backup, installing the plugin or performing a specific task?
