    This error message i get.
    It comes from the plugin Tradetracker
    Can anyone tell me how to change this?

    Needed to import XML Feed
    Curl enabled: Yes

    Needed to write XML file
    /home/utopia/publicxxxxxxxxxxx.net/wp-content/plugins/tradetracker-store/splits/ is writable
    /home/utopia/public_html/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.net/wp-content/plugins/tradetracker-store/cache/ is writable

    Needed to write XML to database
    Simplexml installed: Yes

    Your active theme:
    Is missing the call to <?php wp_head(); ?> which should appear directly before </head>

    it sounds like the theme you are running is using like themator or something similar and therefore isn't using the "standard" tags, you might need to contact the plugin's author to get an idea from them what to do in your situation.

    In the themes header.php file search first for wp_head(), if it does not find it the search for the closing head tag </head>

    Insert a line before and add the missing call, so it looks like!

    <?php wp_head(); // Added by yourname-here ?>

    the problem with doing that is if it is using some other "engine" like themator, they are doing something like

    <?php $Themator->head(); ?> so adding <? wp_head(); ?> into the mix, may cause the header to be displayed twice.

    You are confusing get_header() with wp_head(), wp_head() and wp_footer() are used in functions by theme and plugin authors, where get_header() and get_footer() load the header and footer files.

    It might be used in a plugin to add a tag line, or load a script when wp_head() is called.

    Twenty Eleven theme, in the file /inc/theme-options.php
    There is a function that loads the theme option styles in the header section, look for the function:

    function twentyeleven_print_link_color_style() {

    This is called with an action that is triggered by the wp_head() action hook.

    add_action( $action_hook,$function );
    add_action( 'wp_head', 'twentyeleven_print_link_color_style' );

    That is what wp_head() does, so the plugin wants to inject a script, or style at runtime, and needs the wp_head() to run the action!

    oops, you're correct, I was confusing the 2, thank you for clarifying that.

    No problem I get confused, like these two: the_post_thumbnail($thumbnail) and get_the_post_thumbnail( $args )

    I'm the creator of tradetracker-store. I never saw this topic because it isn't linked to the plugin so sorry for my late response.

    The plugin uses wp_head() to add some of the needed css data. The debug function checks if the wp_head() exists in your header.php. (officially it only checks if the basicstore css is loaded)

    Can you check if you see the basicstore in the add/edit store. If it is not there at all can you disable the plugin and enable it again. Possibly something went wrong when the plugin was enabled and the basic store wasn't created.

    if i load deactivate my plugin and reactivate it will i lose my feeds configurations?
    And where is the more info and other buttons gone?

    You only need to deactivate it when you don't see a basic store in add/edit store. This will indeed remove all settings.

    Did you update to the latest version (4.1.9?) then the more info button will be back after the items has been imported again.
