 * For several weeks, our web server was increasingly slow,
    until it became unusable,
   as in so slow it would fail on database connection before publishing a blog post,
   and often when only retrieving a page.
 * Many php processes were hung on disk wait.
 * Load average ranged from 35 to 100.
 * Restarting httpd or mysqld or rebooting the (virtual) server
    made no difference.
 * I deactivated Inline Google Spreadsheet Viewer.
    Instantly load average dropped
   to 1, no phps hung on disk wait, and web service returned to snappy.
 * The time period in which the problem occurred also corresponds
    to the month 
   or so between the previous and current versions of the plugin.
 * Anybody else see this problem?
 * Any fix to the plugin?
 * I really like the plugin.
    But I can’t use it if it makes everything else unusable.

 * First I’m hearing about this. `¯\_(ツ)_/¯` There is literally no change to the
   code’s disk or database access routines from version 0.11 to 0.12 so I think 
   you’re experiencing a different problem. There is no fix coming for this because
   there is no relevant code to fix.
