    Hey,

My predecessor (who was much better with php) setup a crm type site which draws from a php database that is fed inform. It’s gotten pretty huge now (20 thousand plus entries/rows) and it seems to have deleted all of the zip codes that have been entered, and is no longer writing zip codes to the file. The strange thing is that zip codes were written in the same column as postal codes, but only us zip codes were erased. Postal codes are still being written to the file, but zip codes aren’t.

Could this be some strange type of file corruption? does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Peter

What does this have to do with WordPress?

at the risk of wasting time with comments that don’t actually help anyone…

the Miscellaneous forum says “almost anything else” so since wordpress runs on sql databases, and this runs on an sql database, and that this issue could also be applied to any wordpress form like contact form 7 that can write to databases. If you have to imagine this is a wordpress site that has a contact form written for it that writes to the database…

Since wordpress people would know all about these database issues, I thought that maybe someone would be so kind as to assist me.
Regardless, It has now been solved.

    Always a pleasure esmi…
