 * can we put a php code in a new page and appears in it only i mean for examle 
   i will make a news page and to put the rss code it is a php code how can i creat
   this page

 * No, you can not put php code in the content… unless you find a plugin that allows
   you to do it. Search for phpexec, execphp, runphp and similar plugins. Some might
   not work with the latest WP!
    Another option (and most people go by this way)
   is to put your code in a Page template (mandatory reading: [Pages](http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages))
   and create a new Page by using that template.
