 * Hello
 * I have a message appearing in my wp admin in all areas including posts and pages
   etc. This is the error message and a few screen shots below. Anyone have any 
   idea’s?
 * Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `UTF-7′ not 
   supported, assuming iso-8859-1 in /home/jasonpr/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.
