 * There’s a PHP warning when using this plugin (latest) with latest WP (6.0.1) 
   and PHP 8:
 * `Warning: Private methods cannot be final as they are never overridden by other
   classes in /wp-content/plugins/wp-table-builder/inc/admin/managers/what-is-new-
   manager.php on line 133`
