    The Yoast SEO plugin should be compatible with PHP 8.0. You can check out the plugin requirements here – https://yoast.com/help/plugin-requirements/

    For Yoast SEO to run properly, you should have a PHP version of 5.6.20 or higher. In fact, we recommend PHP version 7.3 or above.

    With that being said, it looks like WordPress itself has only beta PHP 8 compatibility, so other plugins and themes might not be fully compatible yet, so it would also be worth looking into using PHP 7.4 just to be sure.
