 * A site that I do maintenance on had been ‘stuck’ at PHP 7.4.10 because of the
host. Yesterday found out that I could finally upgrade to a newer version of
PHP. In anticipation of upgrading WP to 6.9, I upgraded the PHP version on the
   site to 8.4.
 * Now, the first page of a multipage listing shows multiple instances of the same
error code at the top of the page:
 * **Warning**: Undefined array key “QUERY_STRING” in **/hermes/bosnacweb04/bosnacweb04bf/
   b2044/ipg.jeanettegshefa/rabbi/wp-content/plugins/list-category-posts/include/
   lcp-paginator.php** on line **119**
 * If I go to another page (for example, page 2 of the listing) it’s fine. If I
return to page 1, it’s now fine. So it’s just the initial opening of page 1 that
seems to have a problem. This occurs on other multipage listings.

 * I’ve tried deleting and re-installing the plugin. I’ve tried deactivating and
reactivating the plugin. Neither solved the problem of the error messages.
 * I’ve found that the content (listing of posts) is correct even with the error
   messages.
 * Today (12/18/25), I’ve found that if I put a header above the text (h3) that
the error doesn’t appear. So, for now I’ll keep the plugin active as I search
   for a replacement.

 * Turns out this didn’t solve the problem. It seemed fixed when working from the
Dashboard. I just tested in two Mac browsers (Firefox and Chrome). When going
the website through the browsers, the error messages still show up prior to the
   h3 headings.

 * Hi [@aliamm](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aliamm/), version 0.94.0 is
out where I tried to address this issue. Let me know if it’s still a problem
in your site after updating. Thanks!
