# PHP 8.3+ Required

 * Hi there,
 * The plugin can’t be updated to the patched secure 2.4.1 without updating your
   host to PHP 8.3.
 * PHP 8.2 isn’t EOL until the end of 2026, which is when major hosts like Kinsta
   and WP Engine will push their updates. In my case, if I want to continue to use
   your plugin, I need to update and test over 100 sites on PHP 8.3 just for a simple
   bug fix. Is it possible to push an update removing the 8.3 requirement? Otherwise,
   we’ll need to migrate all sites to another script plugin.

 * We have just updated the plugin. It now requires PHP 8.2+. I hope this will resolve
   the issue you are facing.
