 * Hi, we use the plugin for our client in order to link kickflip customizer on 
   [https://evhoc.it](https://evhoc.it)
 * At the moment there are frequent errors 500 from logged in and according to logos
   of our hosting provider this is the problem.
 * Currently the installed version of the plugin is 1.0.25. With al version 1.0.27
   there appears to be Fix api connection url as log.
 * Would updating it fix the following problems? I will leave the errors at the 
   end of the message.

 * Hi, despite the update the error recurred.
 * We also note that the Kickflip app dashboard sees the installation but cannot
   connect and trying to use the sync code does not help.
 * Would you have any way to suggest how to proceed?
