hi, i have exactly same probleme like here:

there is no solution on this thread?
when enable the coupons, the error disapears. But i have no coupons needed.

I understand you are facing an issue in your site and once you enable coupons the issue disappears.

So that we can understand the issue, could you please share with us the error message you are getting from your end?

Also, please share with us your System Status Report, as this will help us in further understanding your site set up.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Also please share a copy of the fatal error log. You can find this under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. With this information, we will be better able to investigate and understand what might be causing these issues on your site.

Error is only in backend.

Strangely, I don’t have a “Logs” tab in the status? there are any Tabs…

Hello @jonnybgood,

This is a known bug that happens in the “New Navigation” layout, however, development for this feature is currently on hold, so the team won’t be addressing it any time soon.

I suggest simply disabling “New Navigation” from Woocommerce → Advance → Features.
