 * Thank you for this nice plugin.
 * I updated PHP to php 7. Then wp-tyography asked for mbstring extension. I installed
   mbstring. Than my website was completely broken 🙂
 * Any hint so I could reactivate WP Typography ?

 * Not really, as this seems to be more of a hosting problem. What OS are you using?
   PHP 7.0 (if the mbstring extension is enabled and loaded) works fine with wp-
   Typography. (In fact, I’ve been using PHP 7.0 on my own websites for some time
   now.)
 * What do you mean by “completely broken”? A white screen? What does your PHP error
   log say?
